Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO in Regulatory Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various project management activities, ensuring efficient and effective project execution. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Planning and Control: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are monitored.
• Support Resource Planning: Assist in the planning and allocation of project resources to ensure optimal utilization.
• Support Contract Management: Aid in the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Project Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Logistic Support: Provide logistical support for project activities, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Meeting Organization and Recording: Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring accurate recording of minutes and follow-up on action items.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and German.
• Project Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Experience: Proven experience in accounting and budget management, with a solid understanding of financial principles.
