Senior Regulatory Compliance BA/PM 

Role Overview: The Regulatory Compliance and Legal Manager will support senior management in identifying, formulating, executing, and communicating changes in business or process projects. This role involves managing expectations and stakeholders, providing coaching at the C-suite, business unit, and division levels, and taking overall responsibility for engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory compliance support, including the completion of a Legal Inventory.
• Create and update a clean legal basis by closing any existing gaps.
• Assess the applicability of existing laws and regulations.
• Break down the most relevant laws and regulations, such as MiFID and its local implementations, CSSF Circular 12/552, and the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector.
• Lead complex operational transformations in areas such as CRM, Finance, Operations, Talent, and Organization.
• Manage major, complex projects/programs or multiple smaller projects.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant operational area.
• Proven ability to lead complex operational transformations with defined outcomes.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, particularly in legal inventory and understanding Luxembourg laws and regulations.
