Compliance Officer

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to manage AML/KYC, regulatory, and compliance matters, as well as due diligence and corporate duties. This role involves close cooperation with the Compliance team and other departments, requiring excellent communication skills. As our activities increase, you will need to handle more reporting with strict deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and good time management.

Key Responsibilities:

KYC/AML/CTF: Manage KYC procedures, anti-fraud, AML, and CTF functions, particularly for funds managed by the AIFM. Conduct onboarding, ongoing, and periodic due diligence on business relationships.
Monitoring & Oversight: Assist the RC & RR on AML/CFT matters and review agreements.
Compliance: Develop and perform the Compliance Monitoring Plan of the AIFM. Assist in developing and maintaining compliance policies and adapting internal procedures to regulatory changes. Advise on regulatory matters impacting the AIFM's activities.
Governance: Prepare reports related to authorities and internal governance forums (Board & Management team). Complete documentation for internal governance meetings.
Regulatory: Monitor laws, regulations, and market practices in Luxembourg.
Corporate: Assist in corporate secretarial activities and draft resolutions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience: 

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role or in an audit position.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg AML & Compliance laws and regulations.
• Understanding of private equity investment structures and their legal and administrative requirements.

Skills: 
Fluent in English. 
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Economy. 
Additional AML/CFT and Compliance certifications are a plus.
