Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily operations within the Transfer Management team. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service, maintaining risk control, and fostering operational excellence through effective communication and team leadership. You’ll act as a critical link between local and offshore teams, helping drive performance, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and validate daily business checklists.
Support the team supervisor and act as backup when required.
Monitor daily dashboards for investments and invoices.
Supervise cash monitoring and resolve cash breaks.
Ensure compliance with Annual Ownership Verification procedures and internal audits (e.g., ISAE3402).
Coordinate fund events and setups.
Manage and resolve client queries efficiently.
Serve as the main internal contact for TM and cash activities.
Participate in client meetings, onboarding sessions, and due diligence processes.
Contribute to ongoing projects (e.g., system reviews and client-driven enhancements).
Uphold control standards within the Production Assurance Team.
Join mandatory weekly calls and issue log reviews.
Foster effective communication across teams and with clients.
Ensure seamless client service by maintaining high internal process standards.
What We’re Looking For:
A university or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
4–6 years of experience in fund administration operations.
Solid understanding of the funds industry, fund documentation, and transaction processing.
Familiarity with key fund administration systems.
Fluent in English and French; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
