Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily operations within the Transfer Management team. This role focuses on delivering top-tier service, maintaining risk control, and fostering operational excellence through effective communication and team leadership. You’ll act as a critical link between local and offshore teams, helping drive performance, resolve issues, and enhance processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and validate daily business checklists.

  • Support the team supervisor and act as backup when required.

  • Monitor daily dashboards for investments and invoices.

  • Supervise cash monitoring and resolve cash breaks.

  • Ensure compliance with Annual Ownership Verification procedures and internal audits (e.g., ISAE3402).

  • Coordinate fund events and setups.

  • Manage and resolve client queries efficiently.

  • Serve as the main internal contact for TM and cash activities.

  • Participate in client meetings, onboarding sessions, and due diligence processes.

  • Contribute to ongoing projects (e.g., system reviews and client-driven enhancements).

  • Uphold control standards within the Production Assurance Team.

  • Join mandatory weekly calls and issue log reviews.

  • Foster effective communication across teams and with clients.

  • Ensure seamless client service by maintaining high internal process standards.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A university or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law.

  • 4–6 years of experience in fund administration operations.

  • Solid understanding of the funds industry, fund documentation, and transaction processing.

  • Familiarity with key fund administration systems.

  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
