Back Office Settlement Officer

A dynamic and independent asset management firm, part of a well-established financial group, is looking to hire a Back Office Settlement Officer in Luxembourg. With over 30 years of experience, the firm manages approximately 10 billion euros in assets and employs around 150 professionals in Benelux.

Responsibilities:

• Process and settle trades, fund orders, and related cash/securities transactions.

• Coordinate with brokers and custodians to ensure smooth reconciliation.

• Handle incident reporting and contribute to regulatory implementation (e.g., MiFID).

• Support process improvements and internal collaboration.

Profile:

• Degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of banking experience, ideally in wealth management back-office.

• Strong knowledge of private banking products and operations.

• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with solid IT skills.
