Project Management Specialist – Luxembourg

Regulatory Project Manager - Luxembourg - 6+ Month Contract 

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a regulatory implementation project related to CRD VI for a leading financial institution in Luxembourg.

This is a 6+ month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension, offering a hybrid working model (3 days onsite per week).

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a track record of successfully delivering complex European regulatory projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, manage timelines, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the CRD VI regulatory project.
• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Hold regular progress meetings and provide transparent status updates.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained and project governance is upheld.
• Track KPIs, project milestones, and prepare executive-level reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale regulatory or CRD-related projects.
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
