T24 Finance Senior Business Analyst

T24 BA|EU (must be open to relocation)|Banking |Negotiable Salary

In this role, you’ll connect business users with technical teams to resolve issues and drive enhancements. Using your banking and treasury expertise, you’ll oversee integrations across core banking, ERP, and regulatory systems and apply knowledge of loans, credit, FX, and treasury. You’ll also manage a team of business analysts and bring solid experience in finance systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support change management for FP&A and regulatory reporting in T24, Oracle, and OneSumX.
• Understand the integration of T24, Oracle, and OneSumX.
• Oversee month-end outputs and regulatory reporting from T24.
• Validate information and calculations for accurate finance and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with finance testing, create training materials, and support the finance team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Understanding of back-office procedures and strong finance project work; an accounting background is ideal.
• Knowledge of at least one financial system (Temenos, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage direct reports.
