My journey began at the School of Business and later continued at the School of Economics at UEA, where I started to identify the variables of corporate success.
As I delved deeper into the intricate workings of companies, I discovered a vital element that often gets overlooked among the typical terms of strategy, analysis, capital, assets, and forecasting. The key finding was people. Without the right people, all the strategies and numbers in the world won't guarantee success.
From there I discovered my passion to utilise my skills and help the right people find their perfect match within the right organisations. After all, it's the cooperation between talented individuals and visionary companies that fuels remarkable achievements.
Following on from university, I became a key member of a specialised recruitment firm focusing on the technology sector. In this role, I had the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of businesses that were genuinely impacting various fields, including education, health tech, life sciences, and engineering, among others.
Beyond the office, I like maintaining meaningful connections with others by engaging in activities like playing football, attending music events, and exploring the outdoors through hiking.
