Quality Assurance Officer

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in software quality assurance.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in Scrum.
• University degree (bachelor’s or higher) in an IT-oriented field.
• Additional experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, or similar is an asset.

T-shaped Skillset:

• Deep Knowledge and Experience:

  • Scrum methodology
  • Test management (ideally Azure DevOps)
  • Databases (ideally MSSQL)
  • REST API (ideally with Postman)
  • Testing of mobile and web applications
  • Functional testing

• Basic/Moderate Knowledge:

  • Banking sector (or credit cards/payment processes)
  • System integration testing
  • Test automation
  • UAT execution and coordination

• Advantages:

  • Non-functional testing
  • Experience with Temenos Transact Core banking system
  • ISTQB certification (foundational or advanced in Test analysis or agile testing)
  • Experience with Azure Cosmos DB and/or Pega
