Client Lifecycle Services 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Request Management: Monitor, verify, and process incoming internal and external requests, including signature verification, account maintenance, and documentation validation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of requests, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Collect data to generate statistics such as Key Data Points and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the Governance Hub on achievements and progress.
  • Documentation Management: Collect and store customer documentation.
  • Research: Conduct research activities as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a focus on solutions, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a diverse, international environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP systems (ERP, CRM, S4, Fiori), account maintenance, and archiving tools is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
