Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Security and Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience in managing and deploying core security and network infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Managing and Deploying Core Components: Including Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5, Juniper, etc.
• Ensure Availability and Performance: Support the maintenance of security infrastructures through best practice compliance and service monitoring.
• Provide 2nd Level Support: Participate in incident management and request fulfillment to offer professional and efficient customer support.
• Optimize Infrastructure Resources: Assist in ensuring the optimized utilization of infrastructure resources.
• Rotational On-Call Support: Participate in providing 24x7 rotational on-call support.
