Okta Engineer

Okta Engineer - Luxembourg - 6 Months Rolling

The Okta Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting our Okta identity and access management system, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure and applications. This role will collaborate with IT teams to maintain a secure and efficient identity management environment.

Location: Leudelange, Luxembourg
Duration: 6 Months Rolling (Option to go perm afterwards)
Rate: Up to 650 Euros a day

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Okta infrastructure and applications.
• Conduct security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Okta-related issues, providing user support.
• Stay informed on the latest Okta features, security best practices, and IAM trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Okta.
• Familiarity with other IAM technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure.
• Solid networking knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills and Experience

• Experience with Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop) and VDI, including troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or PowerShell.
• Expertise in cloud security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
