Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security and Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing professional and efficient support to ICT customers and managing core security and network infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Provide 3rd Level Support: Participate in incident management and request fulfillment to offer professional and efficient support to ICT customers.

Security and Network Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and Support Core Components: Including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Juniper, etc.
• Deploy and Support Security Datacenter Infrastructure Solutions: Ensure optimized utilization of infrastructure resources.

Problem Resolution and Procedure Improvement:

• Involved in Problem Resolution: Create and improve procedures and facilitate communication to enhance operational efficiency.

Rotational On-Call Support:

• Provide 24x7 Rotational On-Call Support: Ensure continuous availability and performance of security infrastructures.
