Contract T24 Technical Support

Poland | Negotiable Rate | 8 Months | T24

Our banking client is pursuing a Technical Support Specialist to analyse and troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with Temenos and CBP teams, support migration and testing events, plan and implement technical improvements, manage risks, and share knowledge with the team.

T24 Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Temenos T24Transact

  • Temenos Technical Frameworks: Design Studio, Updates, Upgrades, OFS, TAFJ Runtime, T24 L3 Coding, Build and Deployment, COBA, AIRIS2, IRIS-R18 API, Payment Products, and Microservices.

  • Strong skills in analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging for both functional and non-functional issues.

  • Experience in application development, deployment, and engineering, with solid knowledge of Oracle stack (Database, WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus).

  • Proficiency in Linux, multi-server environments, and scripting programming languages like Java.

  • Good communication skills with fluency in English.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues, prioritising and collaborating with CBP and Temenos experts.

  • Liaise with Temenos to ensure product issues are understood and resolved.

  • Support CBP in migration and release events.

  • Assist with functional and non-functional testing, focusing on performance.

  • Plan, implement and test technical features and improvements.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks.

  • Share knowledge and coach less experienced team members.
