This job pays amazing but that won't be the reason you'll want to take it. You’ll join a small, local, technical Avaloq department led by an expert in the field, who promotes a great work culture and w/l balance.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a small internal team covering all of the bank’s Avaloq locations, meaning your projects and responsibilities will be varied.
You’ll take ownership of your work stream/s, work on complex parametrization (Juniors are there to do the more boring parts), make the technical decisions in your stream, work closely with the business to build the best solutions, and be supported by a team of developers and BAs. There’s also architecture work up for grabs soon if that’s interesting for you.
