My client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a cutting-edge investment management platform.

What You'll Do:
As a key member of the business analysis team, you’ll be instrumental in developing and enhancing a leading investment management solution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to:

• Analyze and evaluate customer and market needs across portfolio analysis, performance calculations, order management, investment compliance, fund accounting, and more.
• Define technical roadmaps and manage backlogs to drive strategic development.
• Design, implement, and oversee solutions, ensuring their seamless integration.
• Develop and review technical concepts, oversee implementations, and support rigorous testing.
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for both internal teams and clients.
• Optionally, take on responsibilities as a product owner or support business development efforts.

 What You Bring to the Table:

• A degree in economics, natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally within the financial sector.
• Solid understanding of investment processes, with expertise in fund accounting or fee calculations being a plus.
• A strong technical mindset and experience in agile collaboration with software development teams.
• A track record of successful project management and product development.
• Exceptional communication skills in German (fluent) and English (proficient).
• A proactive, quality-oriented approach and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork.
