Project Support

Role Overview: 

Provides support for day-to-day workflow across a portfolio of activities, including:

• Company research
• Quantitative analysis
• Process and project management

These services assist the organization in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of relevant initiatives and programs. Responsibilities include contributing to operational model concepts, documenting concepts, maintaining project management tools, and supporting the project team and client counterparts. Typically, this role requires up to 2 years of experience in the relevant operational area and strong skills in a specific area of operational value (CRM, Finance, Operations, or Talent & Organization).

Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Management Support: Provides support in day-to-day activities for Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk management, particularly in response to changes introduced by DORA.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Process and project management
• Coordinate and support risk assessments of the outsourcing portfolio
• Maintain documentation (procedures, outsourcing portfolio, register of information, internal control system)
• Perform quality controls on deliverables (register of information, outsourcing portfolio & procedures, internal control system)
• Support the roll-out and review of Key Performance Indicators
• Review and update management reports related to Outsourcing & Third-Party risk management

Mandatory Skills and Experiences:

• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights
• Hands-on experience in managing third-party risks, including monitoring and oversight

Optional Skills:

• Familiarity with DORA and its impact on outsourcing and third-party risk management
