Identity & Access Specialist - Frankfurt
Area of Work:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the IAM landscape within the company. This role ensures compliance with external regulations, internal policies, and corresponding IAM processes.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sprint tasks according to the Cloud IAM domain's strategic plan.
- Integrate Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) capabilities with the central IAM tool.
- Design lifecycle processes for service accounts/principals and establish corresponding governance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards through effective access policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM/Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular access reviews and enforce Least Privilege (LoP) principles.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM/PAM.
- Provide guidance on IAM/PAM matters and support audit activities.
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IAM projects, preferably in Cloud IAM.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one commonly used IAM and/or PAM solution (e.g., SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, MS Entra ID).
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure IAM services.
- Knowledge in Secrets Management, CIEM, and Zero Trust is an advantage.
- Experience in handling IAM/PAM-related audits.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and project management is desired.
- Fluent in English; German is an added advantage.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCP/Azure certifications, or IAM/PAM tool-specific certifications are a plus.
