Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Functional Analyst with expertise in functional analysis and testing to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, ensuring system functionality, and conducting testing activities to support our core banking and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

•              Conduct functional analysis based on business and technical requirements.

•              Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality and performance.

•              Identify and document defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

•              Provide support in the implementation and enhancement of core banking systems.

•              Analyze and process Swift messages to ensure seamless payment transactions.

•              Facilitate cash payments processing and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

•              Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, to optimize financial transaction workflows.

•              Maintain detailed documentation of system processes, test cases, and functional specifications.

•              Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of system issues related to payments and financial messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•              Experience in functional analysis and testing activities, including test case creation and execution.

•              Strong knowledge of core banking systems and financial services.

•              Familiarity with Swift message structures and processing.

•              Understanding of cash payments processing and related financial operations.

•              Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•              Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•              Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

•              Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.

•              Previous experience in banking, financial services, or payment systems.

•              Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
