Our banking client is seeking an expert IT Analyst to enhance IT solutions to meet regulatory compliance needs. You'll identify automation opportunities, leverage expert knowledge, and design intelligent automation solutions.

IT Analyst Requirements:

• Strong business and technical background with excellent data analysis skills

• Skilled in writing requirement specifications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiar with agile methods

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality

• Proficient in requirement management, including defining acceptance criteria (e.g., Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done/Ready

• Familiarity with popular requirement management standards (IIBA, IREB)

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and process modelling (UML, BPMN)

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Prior experience in compliance process analysis is a plus
