Compliance and Internal Control Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive compliance monitoring, CMP reviews, and audit reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Perform controls testing using substantive testing methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of control environments.
• Oversee and conduct controls reviews and process reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
• Implement and maintain robust regulatory compliance practices within the control environment.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring, CMP Reviews, Audit reviews, and/or Controls testing.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and its practical implementation within control environments.
• Proficiency in conducting controls and process reviews.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• University graduate with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates without a Master’s degree must have at least 5 years of professional experience in a related
field.
