Client Representative Fund Administration with moltifonds



Role Overview:


The incumbent is responsible for being the direct and primary contact for the timely and accurate delivery of client support for all fund administration requests and project execution.

Primary Responsibilities:


•Client Contact: Serve as the main contact for fee-related requests from client representatives for both onshore and offshore funds in Luxembourg.
•Service Quality: Ensure high-quality service delivery by monitoring the Fee Management Application.
•Fee Management: Oversee the setup of fees in the Fund Accounting System versus the Fee Management Application.
•Oversight Review: Responsible for the oversight review of FA Malaysia concerning the invoice payment process.
•Dedicated Client Support: Act as the direct and main contact for fund administration fee requests from dedicated clients.
•Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all fund administration-related client requests.
•Client Satisfaction: Accountable for ongoing client satisfaction by ensuring deliverables meet client needs and expectations.
•Continuous Improvement: Support the establishment of an environment of continuous improvement, assessing workflow, processes, and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and quality within client deliverables.
•Documentation: Ensure all client information is documented, archived, and updated regularly (e.g., prospectus, fee agreements).
•Service Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our service and value proposition for clients.
•External Environment Awareness: Stay current with external factors that govern and influence the business.
•Support Purple Layer: Provide support to the Purple layer as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
•Audit Coordination: Coordinate audit activities related to fund administration topics.

Experience Requirements:


•Education: Post-secondary education with a concentration in accounting/finance or business, or equivalent experience.
•Industry Experience: 6-10 years in the financial services industry within an operations environment.
•Client Interaction: Proven track record of effective interaction with clients, management, colleagues, and staff.
•Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Innovation and Change: Demonstrated orientation towards innovation and change management.
•Business Acumen: Strong business sense and profit orientation.
•Risk Management: Focused on risk management and mitigation.
•Organizational Skills: Proven organizational and time management skills.
•Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French; German or Italian is an advantage.
