C/Pro*C Developer, Belgium
We are seeking an experienced C /ProC Developer. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Linux, Oracle databases. Proficiency in Bitbucket, Jira/Confluence/X-Ray, and Agile methodologies is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software applications using C (ProC) in a Linux environment.
Work closely with Oracle databases for data retrieval, storage, and manipulation.
Implement and support mediation systems for telecommunications and transaction management.
Provide expert product support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
Utilize Bitbucket for version control and code repository management.
Manage and track project tasks and issues using Jira.
Document processes, requirements, and solutions in Confluence.
Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance using X-Ray.
Adhere to Agile methodologies, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong programming skills in C (ProC).
Proficient in Linux operating systems.
Extensive experience with Oracle databases.
Proven track record in Product Support and issue resolution.
Familiarity with Bitbucket for version control.
Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
Competence in using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
Knowledge of X-Ray for test management.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Additional certifications in Agile methodologies, Oracle, or Linux.
Experience with other programming languages and tools.
