Senior Java Developer Wanted!

Are you passionate about technology and eager to learn? Join our team on a multi-year project to build a cutting-edge Risk platform. This platform will perform complex backend calculations and analytics on large data sets using cloud-native microservice architecture. We aim to refactor and replace existing critical Risk systems over the coming years.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new service-based functionality to meet customer needs.
• Migrate and harmonize functionality from existing systems.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum of three years of commercial experience developing software in Java.
• Basic understanding of DevOps/SRE approaches for large-scale production systems.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of microservices and service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Motivation to work in a cross-functional team within an agile environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets (bonds, equities, interest rate swaps, futures, options).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience building cloud-native solutions on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Demonstrable experience programming with Java in substantial real-world applications.
• Commercial experience developing software in C++.
