What you’ll do:

• Innovate: Implement complex, exciting features across the entire tech stack – from backend to frontend.
• Lead: Collaborate with an awesome team to push the product’s technological and functional development forward, using Java, Spring Boot, and other modern web technologies.
• Mentor: Provide guidance and support to ICT apprentices, helping them grow through hands-on experience and technical expertise.
• Shape Quality: Conduct code reviews and ensure that everything we build is of the highest quality and efficiency.
• Engage: Enjoy a hybrid role that includes regular on-site presence in Zurich, supporting the development of future IT experts.

What you bring:

• A completed degree in Computer Science or relevant IT apprenticeship (EFZ).
• Several years of experience with Java Spring Boot and a solid understanding of Angular/React, OpenAPI, Swagger, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Expertise in container architectures like Kubernetes and Docker.
• A passion for CI/CD automation, DevOps tools, and agile methods (Scrum).
• Fluent communication in both German and English.
