Overview

The Project Manager is fully accountable for medium-scale projects with significant business impact. This role involves planning and managing the implementation of changes, ensuring business readiness throughout the process.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Reporting: Oversee overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
  • Project Planning: Assemble project plans, assign tasks to team members, and monitor daily work efforts.
  • Resource Management: Identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues related to functionality, quality, and timelines as necessary.
  • Milestone Tracking: Track key project milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication across all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project.
  • Project Accountability: Manage the progress and delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all changes are implemented effectively and business readiness is maintained.

Mandatory Skills and Experiences

  • Decision-Making: Ability to analyze situations and make quick decisions.
  • Project Management Expertise: Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
  • Complex Project Management: Experience managing one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills.
