This is an opportunity to join a prestigious global financial service organisation, currently searching for an ETF Client Service Consultant to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the highest quality of services to their ETF clients.

ETF Client Services Consultant Requirements:
•Experience in providing servicing ETF’s
•Understanding of the funds administration industry
•Ability to collaborate and work to the highest standards
•Time management
•Track record of learning new methodologies and techniques
•Industry expert
•Proficient with MS stack; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Critical thinker

Your Responsibilities:
•Ensure excellent client service through high-standard task completion.
•Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports for relevant stakeholders.
•Monitor daily ETF operational tasks and address exceptions.
•Act as an escalation point for Authorised Participants, addressing queries promptly and positively.
•Foster strong relationships with Investment Managers and Authorised Participants, responding to their queries proactively.
•Identify and address service issues as they arise.
•Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve problems.
•Maintain a high-control environment by completing daily tasks within the team.
