Transfer Agency Senior Analyst - Dublin



Job type: Contract (12 Months+)
Work arrangements: Hybrid (3 days per week on site)
Hourly Rate: €22 - €25

Role/Department:



The Transfer Agency department provides third-party fund administration services to various fund management companies, covering a full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, finance, and investor services. This is a growing department with locations in worldwide. The environment is fast-paced, offering excellent opportunities for career growth.

The Senior Analyst will report to the Team Leader and work as part of a dedicated team, providing high-touch client service to a range of the client’s Transfer Agency clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day processing quality and timeliness in the India office.
Act as an escalation point for unresolved issues within the India TA Dealing team and for junior team members in the Ireland TA Dealing team.
Manage day-to-day client reporting, including prediction reports, cash reports, register reports, etc.
Analyse and manage workflow queues.
Take ownership of TA Dealing team activities for assigned clients.
Ensure all deliverables are sent within agreed timeframes.
Maintain up-to-date procedures and checklists.
Complete data protection checks and ensure all external communication aligns with TA policies.
Maintain a close working relationship with other TA functional areas such as New Business, Investor Services Centre, Registration, Finance, and other internal areas.
Collaborate with the team, internal departments, and group projects on any allocated projects.
Respond to client and investor queries in a timely manner.
Comply with regulations and internal policies.

Skills/Qualifications:



The successful candidate will benefit from having:
Experience in Transfer Agency or Financial Services (desirable).
Previous client-facing experience (favourable).

Knowledge of Fund Administration and the regulatory environment (desirable).
