AML KYC Project Manager

Senior Project Manager AML/KYC

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the management and success of the project and the team, working closely with the Head of the KYC department.

Core Missions:
•    Project Coordination: Oversee the project and facilitate interactions with various departments.
•    Material Preparation: Prepare qualitative and quantitative materials and participate in project governance bodies, including monitoring and steering committees.

Key Missions:
•    Team Management: Manage each team daily based on set quantitative and qualitative objectives.
•    Progress Monitoring: Track progress using developed management tools.
•    Procedure Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to established procedures and checklists.
•    Reporting: Provide daily progress reports and highlight arbitration points to the project manager.
•    Committee Preparation: Prepare materials for monitoring committees and any additional governance bodies.

Qualifications:
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar project management role.
•    Strong leadership and team management skills.
•    Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
•    Ability to prepare and present qualitative and quantitative materials effectively.

Preferred Skills:
•    Experience in the KYC (Know Your Customer) domain.
•    Familiarity with financial services and regulatory requirements.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
