I joined Skillfinder in December 2015, just in time for the Christmas party, so I had the chance to meet all the team in a really festive ambience, which is always easier! I joined as a Business Support Administrator but my main task is taking care of the contracts and compliance for all the candidates that we place. Also I am starting to work on the digital marketing side and I’m full of enthusiasm about our Social Media and our blog, which is something I’m really excited about!
Before I joined Skillfinder I was working as a legal recruiter for a legal services company in Tower Hill, but after a year I decided to focus on the backoffice side of the business. Since I came in for the first interview at Skillfinder I knew I wanted to work here; the environment is so cheerful and I felt like I was joining a small family of young professionals straight away. We socialise together often and that helps the team to become stronger day by day. I find everyone so helpful and nice to work with and I love it!
If I wasn’t working here I would probably be working somewhere where I could build upon my language skills, although I really enjoy what I’m currently doing.
